Complete Course/Course Evaluation

When you are finished with all of your course requirements, you will proceed to the Complete Course section of your course.

Click on Course Evaluation (located in Course Completion Instructions box) and complete the short evaluation form. This will open in a new window. You must answer all questions before you will be able to submit your course. If a question is not relevant to you, please write or choose "not applicable."
