Register below for clock hours through ESD171 or call 1-800-313-6744 between 8:00AM-5:00PM PST, Monday through Friday.
*VESi will charge just the $150 courseware fee per course, please see below for instructions regarding when and how to pay your clock hour fees.
Before you start the course, click here to also register for your clock hours through NCESD and create an account if you do not already have one. If you have not created an account before, you must click on the blue "Create a New Account" box. If you have already created an account, please click on green "Log into pdEnroller" box. After you log in or create your account, you must enter an event number for each specific course you are registered for. All event numbers are located in the alphabetized list of courses below.
Upon completion of the course, please submit your course materials online to VESi's office. Please allow approximately two weeks for VESi to process your materials and to notify NCESD of your clock hour completion. After you have completed the session, VESi will notify North Central ESD and you will be marked attended. You will receive an email from do_not_reply@pdenroller.org asking you to submit the evaluation. Sign into your PDEnroller account. On the top right hand side, click on your name and then click on Clock Hours. This will bring up a screen of the clock hours you have not purchased yet (under In Your Queue). There is a green Take Survey link. Click on this link to complete and submit the evaluation. After you submit the evaluation you will be able to purchase your clock hours online using either a credit/debit card or an electronic check. If you miss the email, you may also sign into your esdWorks account and on the left hand side click on Evaluations/Clock Hours. Find the session and click on the evaluation link. Fill out and submit the evaluation. The Purchase Clock Hour
link will show. Click on this to purchase your clock hours online. Once you have completed purchasing clock hours, the Proof of Clock Hour link will appear. This is your official CECH Registration form, which has verbiage from OSPI, and is also your payment voucher showing you purchased your clock hours. Below Take Survey there is a box with Pay after it that will turn into a Pay link after the evaluation is submitted. Follow through the screens to purchase your clock hours. In PDEnroller, there are no automatic emails. You will need to check on a regular basis under Clock Hours to submit the evaluation and pay for your clock hours.
