- Refunds and Withdrawals
- The Online Learning refund and withdrawal policies are consistent and comply with the refund and withdrawal policies outlined in the current EWU Undergraduate Catalog. A written request must be submitted to Online Learning before a refund or withdrawal will be granted.
- A student may drop/withdraw from an Online Learning course within six days of the date of enrollment and receive a full refund.
- A student may drop/withdraw within 22 days of the date of enrollment and receive a 50% refund.
- All drop/add/withdrawal transactions will be assessed a $50-per-course administrative fee after the sixth day. No refunds are granted after the 22nd day from the date of enrollment.
- A student may drop/withdraw from an Online Learning course within six days of the date of enrollment and receive a full refund.
